Biography

I’m Andrew Rice. Born and raised in the Comox Valley, this is where I choose to live, work, and play. In my previous career I was a part of the General Management team of Courtenay Toyota, my family’s business of over 35 years. It was here under the leadership of my late father that I worked through the ranks of the business, and fostered our values of community involvement, honesty and transparency, and the importance of putting customer’s needs first.

After the sale of Courtenay Toyota in 2017,  It was time to try something new and I spent 3 years as the captain of a whale watching vessel in the Campbell River Area, working with guests from around the world and showcasing this amazing place we call home.

Now with the opportunity to transition into a new career in Real Estate with a fresh perspective, I am looking forward to learning the business and bringing these values to help my clients live the Island lifestyle that makes the Comox Valley such a great place to live.
